What are puffy stickers?

Puffy stickers are raised, cushioned stickers made by laminating a printed top film over a soft foam or polyurethane core, then die-cutting the stack to your shape. A flat vinyl sticker is a printed surface; a puffy sticker is an object with depth that compresses under a fingertip. That tactility is why puffy stickers are trending across beauty, beverage, toy and apparel brands, and why the hand reaches for a raised surface before the eye has finished reading.

How custom puffy stickers are made

Your artwork is printed in CMYK (plus optional spot white or foil) onto vinyl or PET, laminated to the cushioning core and a permanent acrylic adhesive, then die-cut with a custom die. Kiss-cut runs stay on a backing sheet as puffy sticker sheets (up to 40 stickers per sheet); die-cut runs ship as singles. Every order starts with a free digital proof.

What file types do you accept for custom stickers?

We recommend high-resolution files, minimum 300 dpi, in .AI or .PDF. If your design needs cleanup or tweaking, our team can help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have the ability to deliver anywhere in the world! International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated accordingly.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

If your order is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll review your request and offer a free reprint if it meets our policy criteria. See our Reprint Policy for more details.

Can custom mylar bags be printed with logos, nutrition facts, and barcodes?

Yes. Our kraft mylar bags support full-color digital printing on all panels. You can include brand logos, product names, ingredient lists, weight declarations, and barcodes, everything a retail or wholesale package requires.

Do you offer child-resistant packaging for CBD and edibles brands?

Yes. We produce certified child-resistant boxes engineered to meet CR safety standards, a legal requirement in many states for cannabis gummies, tinctures, and edibles packaging.

How durable are dome decals compared to flat vinyl stickers?

Significantly more durable. The polyurethane resin dome resists UV fading, scratches, chemicals, and moisture far beyond a standard flat sticker, which is why dome decals are the go-to for equipment labels, product branding, and anything that sees regular wear.
