PuffSticker started in 2007 as a small offline business, selling raised stickers to local shops and custom clients.
PuffSticker.com launched in 2025, when that line went online, so anyone could order our puffy stickers without knowing a printer first. The catalogue has grown into flat labels, promotional bags and CBD packaging boxes since, and the puffy sticker is still what the rest of it is built around.
Three principles shape every order.
A puffy sticker is a stack, top film, print, core, adhesive, liner. We choose each layer for where the sticker will live, and we tell you why. Read how soft depth differs from smooth depth.
Every order gets a free digital proof with die-line, raise height and color. Unlimited revisions. Nothing prints until you sign off, and if it arrives with a production error, our reprint policy covers it at no cost.
The design on your stickers can run on custom mylar bags, bottle labels and CBD packaging boxes, matched color, one supplier, one timeline. See the industries we serve.
PuffSticker began in 2007 as a small offline business, selling raised stickers to local shops and custom clients. PuffSticker.com launched in 2025, so people could order our puffy stickers without knowing a printer first. Everything added since, flat labels, promotional bags and CBD packaging boxes, is built around that first product.
Production is done by our overseas partner factory, to the proof you approve. We handle everything around it: the file check, your free digital proof, choosing each layer for where the sticker is going to live, and your order from quote to delivery. Every order ships DDP, with duties and import taxes prepaid.
We work from the USA and Canada. Orders are made by our overseas production partner and shipped directly to you DDP: duties and import taxes are prepaid, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. We ship to all 50 US states and Canada; other countries are available on request, with rates and delivery times quoted with the order.
Yes, and it is why a lot of people come to us. The artwork on a sticker can run on mylar bags, bottle labels and CBD packaging boxes with the colour matched across all of them: one supplier, one timeline, one approval.
Everything is made to order from 250 pieces per design, which is a deliberately low floor. There is no shelf stock and no off-the-shelf product here, so a first run of 250 goes through the same steps as a repeat run of twenty-five thousand.
No. There are no die or plate charges on anything we make, so a custom shape or a custom size does not arrive as a separate line on the quote.
A real person answers every message, and it is somebody who knows how the job will run. Our standard puffy and foam sticker packages and the $45 sample pack can be ordered online; everything else starts as a quote, because a custom print has too many variables to price from a dropdown.
Every order gets a free digital proof showing the die-line, the raise height and the colour, with unlimited revisions, and nothing goes to press until you sign it off. Where a flat proof is not enough and the thing has to be held, a hardcopy sample of your own design runs $250 to $300 per design. Production and delivery then run 18–20 business days from approval.
If it arrives with a production error, our reprint policy covers it at no cost. It is worth reading before you order rather than after, because it also sets out the few things it does not cover, such as a delay caused by an incomplete delivery address.
