Shipping policy

This policy covers every order: standard orders placed on puffsticker.com and custom orders we quote. Custom work ships only after you have approved a digital proof; the sample pack is stock and needs none.

Where we ship

Standard orders placed on the site, Custom Puffy Stickers and Custom Foam Stickers in the 1 x 2 in package and the $45 Puffy Sticker Sample Pack, ship to addresses in the United States only.

Custom orders ship to all 50 US states and to Canada. Shipping to other countries is available on request: ask when you request your quote.

Where orders ship from

Orders are made by our overseas production partner and ship directly from there to your address. Every order ships DDP (delivered duty paid): import duties and taxes are prepaid, so there is nothing extra to pay when it arrives.

What shipping costs

Shipping within the US is free on standard orders and is already included in the package price. There is no shipping line to add at checkout. See our Payment Terms for what the package price covers.

For custom orders, shipping terms are part of your quote.

How long it takes

Production and delivery take 18–20 business days from proof approval. That is the whole time, printing and shipping together, and it starts when you approve your proof, not when you place the order.

The sample pack also ships from our production partner, within 1–2 business days of payment, and can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships.

After payment arrives we send your free digital proof within 1 to 2 business days. Your order confirmation shows an estimated delivery date.

Your shipping address

Check your shipping address at checkout, or in your quote. Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are not covered by our reprint policy.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, we reprint it at no charge. Send photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund and Return Policy.
