Payment terms

These terms cover standard orders placed on puffsticker.com: Custom Puffy Stickers and Custom Foam Stickers in the 1 x 2 in standard package. Custom work is quoted separately, and each quote states its own terms.

How to pay

Pay by bank transfer or Pay with Wise. We don't accept card payments. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 3 days.

Your confirmation page and confirmation email both carry a Wise payment link for the exact total. Include your order number as the payment reference. That is how we match your payment to your order.

When payment is due

Payment is due within 3 days of placing your order. We email a reminder 24 hours before the deadline. If payment has not arrived by then, the order is cancelled automatically and we email you to confirm. Nothing is printed before payment.

A bank transfer can take a day or two to reach us. If you paid close to the deadline, reply to the reminder or cancellation email with your payment reference and we will hold or reinstate the order.

What the price covers

The package total covers printing, a free digital proof before anything prints, and free shipping within the US. Where sales tax applies it is shown as a separate line at checkout; package prices on the site exclude it.

After you pay

Once your payment arrives we mark the order paid and send your free digital proof within 1 to 2 business days. Production starts when you approve the proof.

Cancellations and refunds

Orders cancelled after payment but before proof approval receive a full refund. Once the proof is approved and production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds are paid back through Wise. Reprints for production errors and transit damage are covered by our Reprint Policy.
