Our Refund & Return Promise
Every PuffSticker order is custom-made to your specifications. Because each product is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives with a production error or transit damage on our end, we will reprint it at no additional cost.
We will reprint your order at no charge if any of the following apply:
- The finished product differs materially from your approved design or uploaded artwork
- The print quality is defective – for example, smudging, missing colors, or misaligned printing
- You received the wrong product, size, or quantity
- Your order arrived damaged in transit
All reprint requests require photo evidence of the issue received. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We are unable to process requests made outside this window.
The following situations fall outside the scope of our reprint policy, as they relate to customer-supplied artwork or decisions made prior to production:
- Files uploaded at low resolution or in an unsupported format
- Spelling mistakes, design errors, or incorrect details present in customer-submitted artwork
- Color variation resulting from differences between screen displays and CMYK printing – minor variation is a normal characteristic of the printing process
- Delivery delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
We strongly recommend reviewing your artwork carefully before submitting. If you are unsure whether your files are print-ready, contact us before placing your order and we will advise.
To submit a reprint request, please use our contact form and include the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs showing the problem with the product(s) received
Submit a reprint request via our contact form. We aim to respond to all reprint requests within 1–2 business days.
Once your reprint request has been reviewed and approved:
- The affected item(s) will be reprinted at no additional cost
- Production follows our standard turnaround times
- Reprints are shipped to your original delivery address using the same shipping method selected at checkout
We will confirm approval and an estimated dispatch date by email.
Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds as a standard resolution. In the rare circumstance that we are unable to fulfil an approved reprint request – due to production limitations or other exceptional reasons – we will contact you directly to discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include a store credit or a full or partial refund.
