At PuffSticker.com, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This Return Policy outlines when you may be eligible for a free reprint, situations where reprints are not offered, and how to report any issues. Please review it carefully to ensure a smooth and fair resolution process.
You may be eligible for a free reprint under the following conditions:
– The product received is materially different from the approved design or uploaded artwork.
– The print quality is defective (e.g., smudges, missing colors).
– You received the wrong product, size, or quantity.
– The order was damaged during transit (requires photo evidence).
We do not offer free reprints in these cases:
– Customer uploaded low-resolution or incorrect files.
– Spelling or design errors present in customer-submitted artwork.
– Minor variations in color due to screen differences and CMYK printing processes.
– Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
To request a reprint, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide:
– Your order number
– A clear description of the issue
– Photo evidence of the product(s) received
Contact us for your reprint request.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:
– Reprint the affected item(s) at no additional cost
– Ship them to your original address using the same shipping method selected at checkout
Reprints typically follow our standard production timelines.
We do not offer refunds for custom-made products unless we are unable to fulfill your reprint request due to stock, printing limitations, or other rare circumstances. In such cases, we may offer a store credit or refund at our discretion.
